Also i will be playing games such as minecraft, battlefield 3, crisis 3, and COD.

More RAM for video editing and Minecraft.

Better Motherboard (In my opinion).

Cooling is cheaper while functioning similarly.

GTX 670 for Crysis 3/gaming and Cuda Cores.

Phantom 410 due to the Fractal being very mediocre when it comes to airflow. (You may change this if you want).

Smaller powersupply to save money!

I don't know if you need a copy of Windows.

You can get the i7- 3770k at Microcenter at around $230.

AMD OPTION:

Has a bigger power supply due to the FX using more power and possibility of SLI.

Hope this helps. You might want to consider waiting for Haswell this summer. Also, if you don't really need the Cuda Cores, then get a MSI 7950 TF3 because it does better in gaming than a GTX670 when overclocked properly.

Can someone please explain to me what cuda cores are and if i will be using them at all for video editing?

its the Cores used in Nvidia Gpu's, CUDA only works with Certain Adobe products and a few 3d Rendering Programs, so youll only be using the if you use After Effects or Premiere Pro.

Id suggest looking into using a program with Open Cl though, as Open CL is more widespread and quickly becoming a standard for GPU accelerated rendering, and although the GTX 600 Series can use Open CL, its extremely weak and wont benefit you much or at all.

I actually liked CJDAKLUTCH's build better than the others, nothing wrong with fractal, but if your spending the money on a 670 you might aswell go with a 7970, better value. Unless you want cuda (phyx is a gimmick)

For some reason my Pcpartpicker link was messed up, heres the build i put together for you that has the best performance for the money your spending.
