so here is my build, im pretty certain on the parts just checking if anybody knows if any of those parts have any problems. I also cant decide between cooler master 240m and 280l, i know that 240m is quiter but does it perform much worse than 280l? I will be doing some overclocking
I also have those 2 separate things of ram because i probably wont bea bele to afford them at the same time
No idea about the those coolers but you can just get different RAM, skimp on the WD Black (not much of a difference in performance to the Blue) and the same PSU with a little less watt (550w is still enought for your build). Saves a few bucks.

Logan even made a video about those two AIO coolers.

I think I will stick with hdd because of 5 year warranty, what ram would you suggest? And I will keep that PSU because I'm going to overlock and might get second gtx 970
Even if you overclock and add a second 970 in SLI 550w should be fine ( http://extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp showed ~475w recommended, 387w with only one 970). But if you want to be on the safe side take the 750w ;-)
The 5 year warranty is a good reason for the WD Black, can't argue with that.
If you still want to buy 1x8GB now and another 1x8GB later I can recommend the G.Skill Ripjaws X (~$10 cheaper than the Adata) or go straight for 2x8GB with the GeIL EVO Veloce (~$120).

I don't have specific links, but I strongly recommend using deal sites to get these prices lower. I think you can realistically build something very similar for around 1200 to 1300 bucks. If it were me, I'd probably go with an 840 pro if it's on sale since I'm reading that there is only a 5-10 percent performance difference across the board between the two pro SSD's. I'm also betting you can find a RAM kit on sale. Also, consider an EVGA psu, they're priced very well in terms of efficient power supplies. I got my 750w bronze EVGA power supply for $50. Also, I'm sure you can find a comparable Closed loop cooler for less too.
like i have said i dont want to change many parts just making sure that they are compatible and dont have any problems, i did lots of research and the parts that i have picked have good warranty and a pretty reliable, and yes i did change adata for the gskill
Think about getting a r9 290 instead. $100 cheaper for not that much of a difference in performance, especially above 1080p. More heat and power consumption though.
Looks good though.
Compatibatility is not really an issue.
Both of the AIO coolers you listed will fit in the R5 case (max. rad+fan height for top mount is 55mm -> 240M 52mm/280L 55mm).
RAM is usually one of the parts that isn't difficult to choose. DDR3-1600, CL9, 1x8GB, max. 1.5V - done (at least for most mid-range Intel systems). Unless you buy some shady brand nobody ever heard of it doesn't matter which brand and model you buy. Things to look out for are factors like height (if one uses bigger cpu air coolers). But it comes down to price and color/aesthetics. Color-matching will sometimes cost you more. But most RAM brands come with either 10y or lifetime-warranty (after registration on their website). Not much to worry about.
Can't go wrong with a GTX 970. The R5 supports GPUs with a length up to 310mm (your Windforce is 312mm) with the HDD cage, and up to 440mm if you remove the HDD cage. Just remove the top HDD cage and you'll be fine (not much of a problem with only 1x SSD and 1x HDD).
The i5 will fit onto the Z97X. With mobos it will come down to features and price, maybe "how well it will let you OC your CPU". Oh, and brand-preferance.
Okay, looks like 550w will not be enough for 970 SLI. Guru3D recommends at least 800w (I think it's more a quesiton of amperage, rather than wattage). http://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages/gigabyte_geforce_gtx_970_g1_gaming_review,7.html
I have to say that I don't have much knowledge about power-delivery in PCs.
im going with 970 beacause its newer and more refined and supports dx12, gigabyte g1 comes with backplate, overclocked and they also choose the ones that are better for overclocking compared to other gigabyte 970s
