$1400 gaming pc build

Hi i am new to pc gaming and am ready to build my own rig. i want of use the 8350 because of the 8 cores and 4 ghz. i will be playing all of my games at 1080p and am aiming at 60 fps and ultra settings.i play aaa titles and battlefield [if that helps] . i will overclock both cpu and gpu. i would love my pc to be as quite as possible that is a biggie. also if any of you guys could recommend a monitor that would be great. one last thing i want my pc to be upgradeable.

-the 1400$ is for the PC and the OS the mouse/keyboard and monitor are added on later.

thanks for all the help

I put together with a build using the 8350 even though i would use a differnt processor, like a i5 4670k or a e3-1230 v2, even though in the end its all your choice but this is what i would do with your set up. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1SWaI  i would like to note you can change out the gpu for a r9 280x or if you are willing to spent $100 more you can get a r9 290x.  Its all up to you. but those are just my ideas.

looking at nregner build it is not bad but he has seemed to forgot a power supply. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1SYdI I did an overhaul of my build changed it up, i now made it a cross fire build, with 2 r9 270x. Just a little different taste for you

My bad on the PSU, it was late lol. I added one though.

i made 2 options.

option 1: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1T2Iv littlebit over budget but included AMD R9-290X

Option 2: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1T2Lg With R9-280X.

Both of thease builds will fit your needs, offcourse the R9-290X will be overkill for 1080P gaming, but it will be a beast.. i would only recommend if you like the R9-290X then wait a few weeks till there will be other cards with better cooling solutions. because at full load that single reverance model is very load.

if you ever plan to CF 2 of those beasts, you could decide to get a 850W version of the same psu, for a few bucks more.

changed it again, this build is with a r9-280x, but has the room to CF 2 of them if you decide.  http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1T5z9

you build also Looks good.

IFi may give you a little advice, i would put in 2 sticks of 8GB instead of 4x4GB  the reason for that, 2x8 kit is mostley abit cheaper, but most important, its more efficient, since the cpu has a dual channel memory controller (can speak to 2 modules at the same time)
