Please move down to the 5th post to see the build I have planned.
This looks really beastly for the price. I think that cpu might not be a true 8-core processor though, if I remember correctly. I think it was a quad-core with 4 extra virtual cores. But for the price, even if it's not 8 physical cores, I bet it will work decently for multi-threaded stuff.
Not much reason to get an AMD CPU
a 390X isn't really going to be worth it over a 390, and also you'd want the DEVIL 390X as it's just about the best 390X around
aside from that why aren't ya getting a free-sync display? it hardly costs any more than that one
and the HR-22 is going to be the fanless cooler to get, has 2 more heat pipes compared to that one

I would go with something like this
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/K3T7cf
Very decent and well balanced gaming setup for the money.
I also made a Haswell version which is slightly cheaper.

Of course you can also go cheaper if you like.
Alright I updated some specs on the build. Important notes to consider with the build though.
I dont overclock CPU's, so no unlocked CPU's or aftermarket cooler.
For now I prefer HDD instead of SSD.
I prefer Micro ATX saves room on the desk.
Now some of the parts in the build aren't all on PCPartPicker, so will just type them and give links to them. :D
