I have been thinking to build a rig for a few weeks now, and I am looking for some approval regarding my choise in hardware, please see my config below:

Processor INTEL Quad Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz 224.8

Motherboard ASUS Sabertooth Z77 219.-

Memory DDR2400 (PC3-19200) - KINGSTON HyperX Beast 73.4

Cooling CORSAIR Hydro Series H100i 114.9

Case Fractal Design’s Define R4 105.85

Power supply XFX ProSeries Black Edition 750 watts 141.1

1st HDD Intel SSD 520 Series 120GB Allready in my possesion

2nd HDD Seagate Barracuda 3 TB ST3000DM001 131.1

Graphics Card GTX 670: Gigabyte N670OC-2GD 397.-

Sum: CHF 1'407.15 / USD 1'488.41

Adding a seconde GPU is a possibility in the future, would the PSU support that?

Although I'm not planning to do the following, would it be possible to have 3 GPUs on this motherboard? What kind of PSU would be required?

Just get 1600 ram, you literally won't notice a differance between 2400 and 1600, I guarentee it. Also ASUS Intel Sabertooth boards and notoriously expensive, you could go for a little bit of a cheaper board ~$150 and I've never trusted 3tb drives that size end up a little less reliable. But yeah all that will save you a few Chav Hat Fund's.
