Hai, I need a Pc for Twitch Streaming and CS:GO gaming, I intend to buy a 144hz monitor so the more fps the better :) I play at 1080p and I want to have it a max settings. My max budget is 1300 like max like not one dollar more what so ever, but the cheaper the better. I am in the USA and I was thinking about going skylake and i'll post two pcpartpicker lists one that's haswell and one thats skylake. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Disclaimer:: I don't intend to overclock right now so the only reason I got a "k" series was to over clock in the future when it gets outdated.

P.S. I like the case a lot I really don't know why.
A couple things. Do you really need 32gb of ram? Pretty much no one needs that. You could save some money by only doing 16gb and put it towards a better GPU to help drive that 144hz. Also DDR4 is cool and all but also kind of not really a game changer as of yet. So I would say go for the haswell i7 build knock the ram down to 16gb and put the money you save towards a better GPU or a nice CPU cooler somthing like that. The GPU you picked though is pretty good.

Do you know a better GPU like the 980 or the 390x?
Well ya 980ti would be best. But that may put you over budget. A 980 or a 390/390x could work.
i was looking at the 390x but people say that the drivers sucks
390X is not worth the extra money over a 390.
Their drivers are totaly fine.
BUt according to your haswell build.
I would recommend to change the motherboard for a Z97 board.
If you want to benefit from all the overclock feutures.
If you wanne to do gaming + streaming, an i7 would be a better choice indeed.
ok thanks for the help :)
You should probably go X99 for that budget, is the 144hz monitor part of the budget? Otherwise that build has some odd priorities.
Alternatively just find a 100hz 1600x1200 CRT.
Gosh im jealous. Canadian dollar sucks right now. I just paid 900$ for my 980ti
not close enough to the border to just hop over real quick and smuggle PC hardware back?
There's a thing called Canadian to American money exchange rate.
Still got some good sales sometimes in the US, though the 980ti is still a pretty costly card around 650.
Just did the math and with currency conversion it would have been just over 800$. But it doesn't matter anyways cause I sold my two 970s and it only cost me 180$ to get a 980ti
