I just came across a very weird set of motherboard by ERYING on AliExpress that claim to be based on the mobile Intel® Core™ i7-12850HX / 12950HX Processors and the WM690 PCH chipset.
Now what’s interesting about these CPU/chipset combination is that according to intel this should allow for support of both ECC RAM and vPro AMT which is very rare on recent intel consumer platforms and especially notable nat that price point… In my mind this could make for a great basis of a homelab setup, especially with all that PCIe connectivity.
Does anyone have experience with the WM690 mobile platform on such motherboards and would you expect the theoretically possible support for ECC and AMT to be exposed and functional?
