You can upgrade these cheap machines but the included GPU should be fine on at least one of them. They are all within your current "budget". Don't think we have not forgotten that a copy of Windows alone can run you $100 easy.

hey I'm really sorry if I sound bitchy I'm not trying to be bitchy I'm just so frustrated cause my parents have given me flack about computers since i was 10 and I've finally saved up some sort of money and search for free parts all the time to make this happen and I'm already getting flack again about how I can't buy a computer with my own fucking money!

Just to give you an idea, look into buying second hand parts. It'll definitely help stretch your budget.
