Call your ISP and complain. Also try using a VPN, they may throttle certain sites (especially if its one of the terrible horrible no good very bad ISPs like Comcast or Time Warner)

  • What isp are you with - im guessing telstra ~ ($111 per month), no matter really just give them a call. Who knows there may be a fault somewhere. Don't go nuts at them, be polite and chances are you may get a partial refund on your bill.

Comcast paid good money to ookla (or whoever created the test) to bring the customer the best possible speed test results. Goes without saying that Comcast would rather you used their version of ookla whatever you want to call that fuckstickery.
