10gbe SFP - m.2 adaptor or USBC?

Hey all,
I have a 9900x with a gigabyte x870 gaming X motherboard.
I currently have a 10gbe sfp card in one of the bottom slots.
I however, want to pass-through a GPU which will likely take up the bottom slots, hence removing my 10gbe.
Has anyone have luck with those m.2 to 10gbe cards on amazon/Ali express? And if not, what about a thunderbolt to 10gbe dongle? The m.2 route is a heck of a lot cheaper it seems

I can vouch for ADTLINK adapters. I’ve used one to adapt an unused m.2 (pcie 3) slot to a regular pcie 3.0 x4 slot and installed a 10gbe card in that slot. I used this one: M.2 NVMe to PCIe x4 Extension Cable

I have used the io crest ones and they work fine.

I have used one of the weird generic ones. And it seemed to work okay. As long as you don’t mind running power to it. I believe IO Crest has a cheap 5Gb as well.

Thanks all I ended up ordering one of the generic style ones like @ozlay pictured so we will see how we go.
