Seems so. But anyways it's important that these drives deliver pretty good reliability and performance.
depends on your budget ... personally I would go with three of these for $120 each

I was thinking of doing triple monitors for a bit... but ultimately... I said the hell with it and bought this...
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/benq-monitor-gw2765ht (anything over 24" that you sit close to really benefits from 1440p btw... it's just a PPI thing)
coming from a 1080p 21.5" Samsung... I was very impressed and feel like I have all the screen I need... I was also looking into the 29" widescreen 1080p's cause I hate the seams in between multi-monitor setups...
If you want screen space for multiple applications, the 29"+ ultrawides are a great option... they run about $350+... if you need separate monitors to keep track of streaming, email, etc while gaming or something of that nature... then you need to just buckle down and get more monitors... preferably IPS so you don't have to sit in one EXACT spot to not get screen distortion...
I usually run fl studios and abelton on my pc right now, but my 27 inch just doesn't seem enough for me. I also had a minecraft sever up and I would always have the command list thing on my screen and it really took up space, so yeah
Found this thing

I think this is what I need. Not sure, I want to keep this whole project under 2000$ (including EVERYTHING, monitor mouse, keyboard, etc...)
I'm OCD about my monitors lining up in multi setups, so I'd buy another of whatever you have... and add another if you feel you need one later... that being said...
I really do like the 29" ultrawide I have at work... I might look into that for your main screen and use your other monitor for whatever you have on the side.... they really are nice for screen space without seams.... all the engineers use multi-monitor setups and wish they'd have sprung for the ultrawide... they also make bigger models if money isn't really an issue for what you'll be HAPPY with...
if you're used to the size of a 27", you'll likely feel like it's kind of a downgrade going down to 22", be it 3 of them or not... but that WAS a very good price on a 22" IPS monitor...
It comes down to personal preference... but for uninterrupted screen space the ultrawides are the way to go especially if you have something to take care of your side-screen needs...
