1000$ editing pc

Hey my friend is getting a new editing pc and his budget is 1000$ tax included. I've already made a build that I think is good but i'm sure you guys will be able to improve it in some way. It will be used for Cinema 4D, photoshop, premiere and after effects.

I'd go with the gtx 760 instead similar speeds for less and has cuda cores for editing.
