1000 Dollar Build w/ Compatibility Question

I am still deciding on the Motherboard, the one someone recommended has USB 3.0 but my Case front panels don't have USB 3. If one isn't possible with the same or better value then I will have to deal with it.

The HDD I am still deciding on, I had the Samsung Sinpoint previously but it is pretty expensive and I will probably only need 750 gb

The PSU is what I am worried about, the site says 350 Watts, but that doesn't seem right... I just chose this PSU because the guy on RazeTheWorld recommended it.

I am also wondering if the GPU can be replacable with a 7870 :D

IDK  if I should go with a 7850 2GB or 7870 2GB :/

Also RAM, 1600 is fine right? It doesn't matter that much?

RAM is fine imo :)

The better card seems to be the 7870.   Review/Comparison-   http://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages/amd_radeon_hd_7850_and_7870_review,1.html

You can probably get away with a 500/550Watt PSU from a decent manufacturer (Personally i like Corsair).

The mobo youve selected comes with both USB 3  and  USB 2 headers (according to the manual  ftp://europe.asrock.com/manual/970%20Extreme4.pdf) the US version maybe diff but have a look.

So i think your pretty much sorted, a little bit of refining and you should be good to go.
