For Gaming and I will not be overclocking. I need a OS, Monitor, Keyboard, and Wireless Adapter. Would like the products to be from microcenter. Im not sure if i need more watts for this build so if you know please tell me.

A Gtx 760 will be more than enough for 1600x900 gaming so get a 1080p monitoir.
The radeon HD 7950s have gone on sale, and they beat the 760 when both are OCd, so look into that if you're considering OCing.
well if you are not overclocking then there is no need to buy a K version of the i5, but the price diffrence isn´t that big, but i would still advice you to pickup a better motherboard realy, the Msi G41 board, is realy slack in feutures, and looks terrible, i would say take a look at the Msi gaming serie boards, the cost a littlebit more, but with the i5 k version cpu, and its nice gaming feutures, like a better sound chip and killer nick lan chip are cool feutures.
I would not bother with the cheap case fan. They can be very loud and unreliabe. Here is a cooler master fan that is still on the cheap side and is still very good. http://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-Blade-Computer-R4-BMBS-20PK-R0/dp/B0030DL37I/ref=sr_1_8?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1376024315&sr=1-8&keywords=cooler+master+case+fan Cooler Master makes a lot of other case fans for about the same price but I think this one will suit your needs.
