$1000 7970 build?

I am looking to build a 1000 dollar gaming and some light video editing pc.  I would really like to include a 7970.

Is it possible to get a solid rig for 1000 USD with a 7970?

This is as close to the bar I could get really. If you REALLY want to push it and go for exactly 1000 you could get a cheaper PSU, case, CPU cooler and/or an 8320. i5
