I am looking into a new phone, but i am on a budget of about $100-$200. I would like unlocked gsm. It doesnt need to be super powerful, android is preferred. Any ideas or deals would be appreciated.
Check out THL, tehyh ave some neat budget phones, also Moto G/E would be a reasonable choice, finally a company called BLue? makes some neat stuff

I don't know if it's available where you live but the Acer E700 has 2GB RAM, 3500Mah battery 720p for sub 200$

Plus one @someonetookmyname, that phone should work wonderfully & hopefully it will get Cyanogenmod compatibility soon.

You could get a Galaxy S2 or S3. I just did a quick search and got a plenty of sub $200 results for no-contract S3s. If you really want to save money, look for a refurbished S2. I got a refurbished S2 from ebay for $90 and that was 2 years ago. I only recently replaced it for an S4.
