1 Spot for screw is missing!

I just got an Rosewill Line-M, it doesn't have one spot in the corner for the A78M-E Asus motherboard, i found it weird since the mobo was slimer than normal MAtx and the case said it supported all matx, does it matter that one corner doesnt have any screw or stand off there?

Do you have a pic? Which corner?

A slim mATX should only be screwed into 6 screws. 2 on top, 2 in the middle, and 2 on the bottom and pictures I've seen of the line m have all the standoffs needed preinstalled

THere are a few slim m-atx and slim atx boards, which are not full sized boards. they only need 6 screws indeed. Gigabyte for example has a few of those boards.

Cases have standoffs pre-installed for normal sized boards, so thats why you missing a few screw holes. its not a big deal, just take out those un-used standofs, to avoit short cirquits.

Are you sure there wasn't a standoff piece in the small bag with screws included with your case?

That particular screw can be in 2 different positions depending on the motherboard, is possible that they made it so you can place a removable standoff in either of the 2 locations to accommodate either type of motherboard.

Same thing with my mom's PC that i built for her, using a rosewill case. There is no hole for another stand off in the corner, so you just leave it hanging
