I am planning on building a model of the SpaceX Falcon 9 FT (current gen.) using 3D-Printing and some PVC pipe. The model is going to start as an old version of the F9 (V1.1 without landing legs, grid finds, etc.), but with the length of the upgraded FT version. I am aiming to add the things needed for 1st stage recovery later when I got some spare time Everything will be 3D-modeled in Fusion 360 and printed on an Ultimaker 2. STL files are available on request as I probably wont bother to upload them to my public STL folder. (check out rav3d.de/stl nonetheless)
I am nearly done printing Merlin 1D and MVac Engines, which had to be very simplistic (no turbopump and only the regenerative cooling line visible. MVac should get a turbo pump at least.) because of the limitations of my printer.
