$1,000 Microcenter build

Hello, I have a budget of $1000 to build a new PC. I live in Columbus, Ohio so I have a Microcenter just down the road from me. I don't need a monitor, mouse, or keyboard since I already have those items.

The only stipulations I have are the following

1: SSD for boot, 4TB HDD for games
2: Case with a window (mid-tower or slightly larger)
3: 16 gigs of ram

I'll be using this computer for mostly gaming.

Be sure to shop around. They price match newegg and amazon. Also online stores usually have greater selection.

Consider what is needed now and what can be upgraded later.

If I were you I would probobly only buy the CPU and Motherboard combo from Microcenter everything else you will probably find better deals on newegg or amazon.

check out the open box cases. since they are open box you can open them and make sure everything is there and not messed up and you'll get 20-40% off.
for everything else it's a risk as you cant always tell if a open box motherboard or gpu is broken from a glance.

microcenter part list
cpu i7 6700 280$ -30$ when bought with a mobo
cpu cooler hyper 212 37&
asus z170 e atx 110$
corsair vengeance lpx 2x8gb ddr4 2400 (would get kingston hyperx for 85$)
samsung 850 evo 250gb ssd 99$
hitachi ultrastar 2tb 7200rpm (dont have at micro center =/) get a 4tb hgst nas drive for 165$
saphire rx 480 8gb nitro 280$
rosewill hive 80+ bronze 750 watt (dont have at microcenter =/) would get a corsair hx 750 watt 80+ gold psu for 60$. it's refurbished, so it is a risk, but 750 watt modular gold should be around 100-150$ and it's a risk i'd take.

i would mix and match and buy stuff from micro center AND online. would get the mobo, cpu, ssd, and case from microcenter, and the rest online. you can save over 100$ on the cooler/ram/hdd/gpu/psu form buying online.

Here is my suggested build
I would highly recommend buying online in addition to buying from microcenter. But everything on this list can be found at Microcenter

Core i5 6500 $179.99
Asus Z170-E $119.99
Cooler Master Vortex Plus $29.99
Corsair 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4-2400 $94.99
Corsair RMX Series RMX 650 80 Plus Modular ATX Power Supply $119.99 (I really hope they price match this for you otherwise you are getting ripped off)
Fractal Design Define S ATX Case w/ Windowed Side Panel - Black $109.99 (again I really hope they price match but as mentioned by @fredrich_nietze look at their open-box offerings)
HGST Deskstar 3TB 7,200 RPM SATA III 6Gb/s 3.5" NAS Hard drive $129.99 (not 4TB but actually not a bad deal)
PowerColor Radeon RX 480 Red Devil OC 8GB GDDR5 Video Card $249.99
Samsung 750 EVO Series 250GB SATA III 6Gb/s 2.5" Internal SSD Unit Version MZ-750250BW $67.99

TOTAL = $977.92

EDIT: @fredrich_nietze pointed out the short comings of that RX 480 model so just switch it with this one http://www.microcenter.com/product/468967/Radeon_RX_480_8GB_GDDR5_Video_Card_w-_Dual_Dissipation_HeatSink
